Val Reynolds joined FFA in February 2024 as Marketing Director, quickly demonstrating exceptional leadership through the implementation of strategic planning and systems improvements. Phil Lopez: Advancing Design Excellence

Since joining FFA in May 2023, Phil Lopez has established himself as a crucial member of design teams, bringing nearly two decades of architectural expertise to the firm. His leadership spans multiple significant projects, including the Redmond Public Safety facility, Gearhart Public Safety project, and most recently, Chemeketa Community College’s Building 7.
