Early in his career, he developed an affinity for civic projects and the positive impact they have on communities. He a­­pplies his capabilities in conceptual and technical design to help clients dream big and create architecture that lasts. As the leader of FFA’s civic architecture market, Ian adds a rich layer of public outreach experience and dedication to designs rooted in their communities.

Christine is a hands-on project manager with over 20 years of experience.  Clients and project teams enjoy working with her and respect her for her clear communication style and down-to-earth approach. She builds consensus among consultants, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring projects achieve budget and schedule requirements. A LEED-Accredited Professional, she is an advocate for environmentally responsible design decisions as the basis of all good design.

Laura has nearly 20+ years’ experience designing and managing diverse project types, but her focus and passion are community spaces, including K-12 Education Facilities and Community/Recreation Centers.   She balances functional and operational needs with occupant well-being to create engaging environments for people of all ages .  She is a creative, organized, hands-on Project Manager whose leadership style makes her an asset to any project team she’s a part of.

Edward is a project manager and designer with 23 years of experience in higher education, corporate, public and residential projects. As the leader of our higher education market, he helps clients create innovative places that serve faculty, staff and students with lasting character and durability. Passionate about designing sustainable, universally welcoming environments where academic and community partners can thrive, Edward’s visionary approach guides project teams through a truly collaborative design process.

With over 20 years’ experience, Richard has led design teams for commercial, institutional, corporate, educational and public projects. His skills as an artist, architect, and storyteller allow him to communicate creative and pragmatic design solutions to clients and stakeholders. He challenges design teams to be nimble and examine all design alternatives.
