Troy has over 30 years’ experience in the organization and management of a wide range of project types. In addition to many private sector clients, Troy has managed and overseen projects for numerous local, state, and federal agencies since he began at FFA in 1992. Troy’s easy-going nature and ability to communicate clearly helps him build consensus with diverse user groups, city staff, and neighborhood communities.
